Run Registration with Applications

1. Load Applications: Select country/mission and click "Load Applications"
2. Select Applications: Choose which applications to use for registration
3. Start Registration: Each account will be paired with a selected application
4. Round-Robin: Applications are assigned to accounts in round-robin fashion

Note: Applications that have reached their max_registrations limit are shown greyed out and cannot be selected. Raise their "Max" on the Manage Applications page to use them again.
